Do you want to make a real difference to the lives of Newcastle’s residents?
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Community Reablement Service as a Health and Social Care Officer.
Health & Social Care Officers play a vital role in supporting people in their own homes to remain independent and improve their quality of life. They work with individuals to promote independence, health, wellbeing, and choice.
This is a great time to join our team as we develop our service to act earlier, keep people at home, delay the need for formal care, and incorporate new digital capabilities to enhance support within Newcastle.
We pride ourselves on achieving great outcomes and offering our team significant job satisfaction.
No specific experience or professional qualifications are required. What we value most is a caring approach, patience, and a commitment to making a difference. We provide a 3-month comprehensive induction and training program to support your learning alongside experienced colleagues.
