Iamo are excited to be recruiting for an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join an expanding team working in Denbighshire, North Wales. This is a permanent opportunity working on a full-time basis, standard office hours Monday-Friday.
Competitive salary of £30,000–£35,000 per annum, plus commission with OTE of £45,000–£50,000 per annum.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll play a key part in managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting clients in securing tailored finance solutions. Key Responsibilities
Manage finance renewals and explore new requirements with existing clients
Contact potential clients to discuss financing needs and convert leads
Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote suitable financial solutions
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Collaborate with your manager and team to share updates and resolve issue
Handle inbound enquiries and direct them appropriately
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, internal processes, and customer care standards
Follow company policies on customer fairness and conflict of interest management
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in lead conversion and outbound calling
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and phone skills
Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
Able to manage time and work independently within set guidelines
Proactive, client-focused, and quick to build rapport
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience in business finance, insurance, or commercial lending
Familiarity with CRM systems
