This role provides expert programme coordination and administrative support to the Executive Director of Resources & Transformation and associated directorates.

What will you be doing as a Business Support Coordinator - Transformation?
Coordinate the transformation programme by managing calendars, milestones, and governance meetings to keep everything on track.
Support decision-making by preparing agendas, capturing actions, and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain momentum.
Produce high-quality reports and documentation for Boards and committees, aligned with strategic KPIs and transformation goals.
Provide executive support to senior leaders, flexing priorities and managing communications to enable effective leadership.
Manage stakeholder engagement with external partners and consultants, ensuring briefings are prepared and outcomes recorded.
Deliver flexible business administration across departments, including inbox management, diary coordination, and event support.
Facilitate collaboration across teams and workstreams, promoting alignment and avoiding duplication.
Champion transformation by communicating progress, celebrating milestones, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
What Skills and Experience do you need to be a Business Support Coordinator - Transformation?
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
Project Coordination: Experience supporting complex change programmes with strong organisational and planning skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, able to tailor messages and produce clear reports for senior audiences.
Attention to Detail: High standards in documentation, process consistency, and follow-through.
Governance Support: Skilled in diary management, meeting coordination, and handling competing priorities for senior leaders.
Digital Proficiency: Confident using Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms to manage data and create professional documents.
Adaptability: Able to juggle urgent tasks and long-term planning, shifting focus quickly while maintaining quality.
Sector Insight: Desirable experience in charity, hospitality, or public sectors, with understanding of programme governance and YHAs mission.
