* £24,597 - £26,682 actual per annum
* 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only)
* Fixed term contract until 31 August 2026

Role Overview
Caldmore Primary Academy are looking for a Fixed Term Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work with Early Years class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils. This role will involve promoting pupils’ independence, self‑esteem and social inclusion and give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so that they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.

* Support Early Years class teachers in delivering the curriculum.
* Promote pupils’ independence, self‑esteem and social inclusion.
* Give support to pupils individually or in groups to enable them to access the curriculum.
* Take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement with pupils.
Qualifications and Experience
* GCSE level (English and Maths grade C/4+)
* NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent and Early Years recognised qualification.
* First aid training or willingness to undertake.
* A passion for education and the ability to share that passion with pupils.
