Join our Household Buying team and play a key role in bringing new products to life across our catalogues and online channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and commercially minded Assistant Buyer to gain hands-on experience in product sourcing, supplier management & negotiations, and retail range planning while working closely with experienced buying professionals.

What you'll be doing
• Support the development of new main mailed product ranges and styles
• Manage & source direct dispatch product ranges, looking for new innovations to achieve seasonal KPI’S
• Analysis & Reporting: Reviewing weekly sales data
• Manage product samples and coordinate with the photography studio
• Prepare briefs for the creative and publications teams
• Assist with catalogue creation and product listings
• Maintain product and merchandise data
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Work closely with Merchandising, E-Commerce and Marketing teams
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and manage pricing and sample requests
• Ensure deadlines are met across product launches and catalogue production
About you
* Previous experience with product sourcing & range building
* Passionate about product and retail
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail to meet critical path deadlines
* Confident communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
* Strong negotiation skills for supplier management and effective communication for team collaboration.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive with ideas and keen to identify opportunities
