Job Title: Head of Product, Data

The role will sit within the Digital Product - Data Platform function. The product is internal-facing and is infrastructure that informs the capture of audience behaviour (e.g., what programmes they chose, whether they liked them, etc.), which generates data. The data is then used by other teams. Currently, the data is being unified into one platform from multiple other platforms. The Head of Product will oversee this unification process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop products and services, including defining product roadmaps, managing the product lifecycle, and implementing long-term plans.
2. Write and evaluate product specifications, proposals, and reports.
3. Apply in-depth knowledge of agile principles, quality software engineering practices, and processes.
4. Plan and forecast product budgets, ensuring delivery within allocated budgets.
5. Utilize relevant technologies for product/service/platform delivery and select appropriate technologies for tasks.
6. Prioritize and understand the needs of the product's users, including audience members, editorial teams, and development teams.
