Now, this is where you fit in… The key purpose of this role, is to provide data analysis & project support to the Buyer Services team (including the Customer Experience department) in order to achieve our overall goals & objectives. This will include initiatives that drive positive customer satisfaction, engagement & performance for the Business as a whole. Your key responsibilities will be: Provide reports on a daily, weekly or ad-hoc basis that will support the Buyer Services team in measuring, monitoring performance stats that will help drive constant, sustainable improvements to enable objectives to be met. Produce presentations & summaries that articulate the work & progress that has been carried out for our Buyers & the business. Explore data to identify buyer trends, including which buyers purchasing is increasing & declining. Work with & analyse qualitative information including Buyer feedback, to identify trends & suggest potential areas for improvement. Support in projects & provide insight throughout that will allow educated decision making. Use own initiative to seek out areas where improvements could be made in our service and objectives. Build reporting dashboards using self-service tools supplied by the Data Analysis & Insights team that can be used to analyse buying performance & trends. Support with identifying buyers of certain stock & products so that campaigns can be successfully implemented. Build relationships & work with Stakeholders around the business to gain a good understanding of all areas & become a supportive member of the team that colleagues know they can go to for Buyer data.
