We are currently looking for a Nurse Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated individual to be part of a growing and progressive organisation.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Nurse Team Leader, you will:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high standards of care.
* Manage care packages under the direction of the Clinical Operations Manager.
* Work on shift as part of the team to support and improve care delivery.
* Provide expert nursing care, particularly in ventilation and tracheostomy management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* NMC registration with a valid PIN.
* Strong clinical skills, with experience in ventilation and tracheostomy care.
* Experience in community and/or complex care nursing.
* A car and valid driving licence (essential).
* Experience working with adults with additional support needs (advantageous).
Salary & Hours
Equivalent to Band 5 (dependent on experience).
37.5 hours per week (contracted).
