Proactive Personnel Limited are looking to recruit a Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established office based out of Derby.
We are a privately owned company established in 1999, employing over 100 staff and delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients.
As a 360 Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
1. Generating business through outbound sales and business development; a natural people person with excellent relationship-building skills.
2. Working effectively in a busy and demanding office environment.
3. Supplying professional drivers to clients across the region.
4. Generating candidates by sourcing on top job boards and local attraction methods.
5. Interviewing candidates and managing recruitment administration.
6. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
7. Providing assistance on out-of-hours mobile, including weekends (Rota basis).
8. Holding face-to-face client meetings – full driving license ESSENTIAL.
9. Previous SALES or RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY experience ESSENTIAL.
