The Company: We are working with a leading top-tier contractor whose North West region has built a great reputation for delivering varied and interesting projects for clients based in the North West of England. They are in the process of constructing some of the North West’s most iconic projects. They are a family business that genuinely cares for their workforce and has a very approachable and successful senior management team in the region. They secure most of their projects through negotiation (they are skilled at what they do and leave their clients pleased with their projects) and also work on selected Frameworks. They deliver projects in both the Public & Private sectors, including commercial, multi-story residential, leisure, and education schemes.
The Role: They are now looking to add a Document Controller to their North West team to work on a significant construction scheme in Manchester. Working alongside the Project Management team, you will be responsible for managing project documents and providing training and support to the project teams.
You: You will have experience as a Document Controller for a Main Contractor, ideally on schemes similar to those mentioned above. You should be based in or able to travel to Central Manchester daily. A good understanding of Document Control on large-scale construction schemes is essential.
