As Sales Admin Support, you'll play a key role in helping our sales team run smoothly. You’ll handle day to day admin tasks, support pricing and reporting, and make sure our Account Managers can focus on growing the business and supporting our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Order management - Raising and tracking customer orders from start to finish, working closely with Planning and Dispatch teams
* Pricing updates - Keeping customer price files accurate and up to date, and making sure changes are communicated clearly
* Sales meeting support - Preparing documents, presentations, and data for customer meetings, tenders, and pitches
* Reporting - Creating weekly sales dashboards and tracking key customer KPIs
* Samples coordination - Managing customer sample requests and technical paperwork
* Customer communication - Handling routine customer queries such as booking confirmations and chasing purchase orders
What success looks like:
* Sales orders are processed quickly and accurately
* Price files and promotional details are always up to date
* Account Managers have everything they need to impress in customer meetings
* The wider team relies on you for organisation, insight, and a proactive approach
About you
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, reliable, and ready to support a busy sales team. You’ll be great at juggling multiple tasks and keeping everything on track behind the scenes.
You’ll need:
* Previous admin experience in a fast paced office, ideally in sales or customer service
* Strong GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident use of Microsoft Office / G Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Clear and professional communication skills, both written and spoken
* A positive, can do attitude with the ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
* Experience in the food, manufacturing, or agricultural industry is a bonus, but not essential
