At the heart of this transformation is the search for a highly capable Business Analyst with strong ERP experience and a passion for data-driven decision-making through Power BI and Power Apps. The Role Youll play a pivotal role in shaping how the business uses technology across operations, manufacturing, warehousing, and commercial functions. This is not a maintenance role this is about helping design and drive the next generation of systems, processes, and insights. Youll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, mapping current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping to deliver smart, scalable solutions as the company invests heavily in its digital future. Key Focus Areas ERP system support, configuration, and optimisation Requirements gathering and process mapping Working with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs Building dashboards and data models in Power BI Creating and enhancing Power Apps to automate workflows Supporting the rollout of new systems and digital tools Helping to embed best practice across a growing internal technology function What You Bring Strong experience in an ERP-focused Business Analyst role Proven ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements Hands-on capability with Power BI and Power Apps Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels A proactive, curious mindset and a desire to help build something new Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, change-heavy environment Why This Role?
