Role Description
This is a part‑time Digital and Marketing Assistant role based in Folkestone, with a hybrid working arrangement that combines on‑site work with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The role involves supporting digital marketing activities, including updating the website, scheduling social media posts, creating simple content, and assisting with email campaigns. The Digital and Marketing Assistant will help with basic market research, tracking engagement metrics, and maintaining contact lists and customer records. Day‑to‑day tasks may also include responding to online inquiries, supporting outreach to prospective clients and partners, and assisting with promotional materials for workshops, events, or programs. The role works closely with the founder and wider team to ensure that marketing activities align with the needs of neurodivergent adults and reflect the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication skills, including clear written communication for digital channels and professional interpersonal communication.
* Ability to conduct basic Market Research to identify audience needs, trends, and opportunities for outreach.
* Customer Service experience or aptitude, with a respectful, patient, and inclusive approach to supporting neurodivergent adults.
* Interest or experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing, including supporting campaigns, outreach, and relationship‑building with clients and partners.
* Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
* Openness to learning about neurodiversity and a commitment to inclusive, non‑judgmental practice.
* Previous experience in marketing, digital communications, or a related role is beneficial but not essential; relevant training or education in marketing, communications, or a similar field is an advantage.
