Overview
This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract, working 37.5 hours per week, any 5 of 6 days between Monday to Saturday.
The Office Supervisor for Wiltshire Farm Foods - Redhill, must be passionate, energetic, and committed to supporting the Retail Sales and Operations Manager to achieve outstanding customer service and sales performance.
As Office Supervisor, you'll supervise the office-based team to deliver exceptional service to our customers via phone and email. Customer service and empathy, especially for our predominantly elderly customers, are central to our mission.
The WFF network benefits from national marketing campaigns, including television, press, and direct mail. Support from Wiltshire Head Office is also available.

This role involves responsibilities such as supervising the office team, ensuring targets are met, managing CRM systems, and supporting marketing and customer retention efforts.
Responsibilities include:
* Supervising the office team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
* Engaging with the team to meet targets.
* Monitoring performance and coaching team members.
* Collaborating with the Depot Operations Manager and Retail Operations Manager.
* Utilizing Dynamics CRM to grow the customer base.
* Managing rotas, holidays, and cover arrangements.
* Supporting KPI improvements, customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth.
* Maximizing CRM potential through calls, marketing, and training.
* Ensuring high standards of customer service, local marketing, health & safety, and audit compliance.
