Overview
As our first Performance Marketing Manager, you'll in-house our performance marketing activity (Paid Search, Paid Social) from our digital agency and cost effectively drive growth in traffic to our websites, leveraging a large marketing budget.
This is a high-impact role that requires deep knowledge of digital performance marketing, strong commercial acumen, a test-and-learn mindset, and a proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll shape and scale digital marketing programmes that deliver material impact to our business.
Responsibilities
* Own the design and delivery of paid search and social marketing campaigns to drive growth in care seekers (B2C).
* Efficiently scale our digital marketing activity by 4x over the next 2 years.
* Own the strategy behind our digital marketing campaigns to acquire new care seekers, for each of our three brands.
* Own the analysis and optimisation of campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and a direct business impact.
* Work confidently with data to identify opportunities and solve problems, translating metrics into actionable growth.
* Keep up to date with developments in digital marketing, spotting opportunities for Tomorrows Guides to leverage.
* Experienced: 5+ years of experience in B2C performance/growth marketing.
* Highly proficient in Google Ads & Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Editor, Google Search Console, incrementality testing, A/B testing, leveraging first party data, Pmax and working with Google Reps.
* Execution Focused: You will be hands-on with campaign execution—this includes planning, creation and optimisation of performance campaigns.
* Data-Driven: Comfort working with data to solve problems and can translate complex metrics into clear strategies.
* Self-Starter: You have a "startup mindset" and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you take ownership of your results. You have passion, energy and a desire to make an impact and to grow.
* Collaborative: Ability to work collaboratively with at all levels within the marketing team and wider organisation.
Nice to have
* Experience working within lead gen, or marketplace business, or have managed local campaigns at scale.
* A good knowledge of SEO, so you can take a holistic approach to building paid search campaigns.
