Job Title: Resourcer / Receptionist
Location: Town Centre, NN1 2BP
Salary: £13 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time- Monday - Friday 9am - 4.30pm - with OT available during busy months
Were currently recruiting for a Resourcer / Receptionist to join our busy town centre branch. This is a varied and vital role supporting our consultants in meeting client demands while ensuring our front-of-house runs smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Front of House Duties: Meet and greet walk-in candidates and visitors, provide a warm and professional first point of contact.
Resourcing: Support the team by sourcing and screening candidates for roles, in line with client requirements.
Administration: Assist with general day-to-day admin including updating staff rotas, processing registration paperwork, and data entry.
Right to Work Checks: Take copies of Right to Work (RTW) documents in line with compliance standards.
Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to general enquiries via email, and direct queries to relevant team members.
Support with Registrations: Help candidates through the registration process to ensure smooth onboarding.
What Were Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A confident and professional telephone manner
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Basic IT and data entry skills
A team player with a proactive approach to work
Previous experience in a customer-facing or recruitment environment is a bonus but not essential
