Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school in Doncaster. This is an immediate start opportunity and would suit an experienced TA or a passionate individual looking to build their career within education.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience)
* Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Supporting pupils with varying abilities, including SEN and EAL learners
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have previous experience working in a primary school setting
* Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
* Be confident supporting literacy and numeracy
* Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Be flexible, reliable and committed
