Salary: £24,743 rising to £28,920 on completion of milestones during probation.

About the Role: At Curo, we are the first point of contact for our residents and community. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle enquiries across various channels, providing solutions and support, and making a positive impact on people's lives.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer inbound calls, messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
2. Resolve customer queries at first contact when possible.
3. Use multiple systems simultaneously to find information and update records.
4. Manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
5. Provide advice on housing-related matters and escalate complex issues appropriately.
6. Work in a fast-paced environment with diverse daily tasks.

Candidate Profile:
We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, and customer-facing roles, with skills in communication, problem-solving, resilience, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Training & Hours:
4 weeks of training, followed by regular hours, then shift rotations including evenings.
