Registered Manager / Deputy Manager / Care Coordinator – Redcar
💷 Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider with over 20 years’ experience in delivering high-quality care across the North of England. Following the award of an exciting new package in the Redcar area, they are looking to build a strong local team and are seeking passionate leaders to help make it happen.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Care Coordinator who knows the local area well and ideally has contacts to bring a trusted team of carers on board.
The Role

Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice
*
Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring training and supervision are prioritised
*
Manage staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest quality of care
*
Oversee scheduling and coordination of care packages
*
Build strong relationships with commissioners, families, and stakeholders
*
Ensure full regulatory compliance, meeting and exceeding CQC standards
*
Support the growth and expansion of the new package and wider service
Criteria
*
Proven experience in a management, deputy, or coordination role within health & social care
*
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred care
*
Ability to recruit, motivate, and inspire a team of carers
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) – for Registered Manager applicants
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
