Overview of the role
The Social Care Worker will provide personal care and support to residents in a residential home. The role includes medication administration, daily activities, following care plans and maintaining accurate records.
Key Duties
* Assisting residents with personal care needs
* Administering medication as prescribed
* Supporting residents in daily activities, hobbies and outings
* Following care plan guidance alongside company policies and procedures
* Maintaining written and electronic daily records
* Attending and completing required training
