Our engineering clients based in Fareham have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their growing team. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has worked within an engineering or manufacturing environmentand who hasexperience running multiple projects. Duties & Responsibilities 1. Preparation of project plans with associated budget, resource requirements and schedule as required. 2. Working closely with cross-functional business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to cost constraints 3. Management of a mix of multi-project portfolio ranging from short duration express projects and more complex longer duration engineering projects 4. Management of projects through their lifespan in line with best practice project management processes 5. Regular reporting of project status and progress updates to all relevant stakeholders. 6. Maintaining and developing customer relationships with regular project updates to keep customers informed on all aspects of project status 7. Maintaining, tracking and reporting of project related KPIs with traffic light escalation as appropriate 8. Analysis of projects with lessons learnt and improvement actions, engagement with quality team
