Joining our United Kingdom Record-To-Report (R2R) team, you will Deliver high-quality financial reporting and take ownership of key accounting processes. These are some of the key ingredients to the position: Prepare monthly and statutory financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage the United Kingdom fixed asset register, overseeing laptops, devices, and furniture. Take ownership of delivery cost journals and perform in-depth balance sheet reconciliations. Lead forecasting for below Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) items. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and enhance data accuracy. Drive excellence by independently leading process improvement and automation projects. Support audit requests and maintain compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). What will you bring to the team? Part-qualified accountant status (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong technical skills. Ambitious and self-motivated approach with a determination to succeed in fast-paced environments. Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines through effective problem-solving. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams. Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Power Query and VLOOKUPs. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with Workday knowledge being a plus. Commitment to acting responsibly by maintaining high standards of internal controls.
