Your responsibilities as Facilities Manager
* Managing commercial building assets as the landlord's on‑site representative
* Overseeing contractors, PPM schedules, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance
* Managing service charge budgets, expenditure forecasting and invoice approvals
* Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety, Fire Safety and compliance across the portfolio
* Building strong tenant relationships and attending regular occupier meetings
* Managing CAFM systems, inspections, maintenance programmes and refurbishment support projects
What we're looking for in a Facilities Manager
* Proven experience of Facilities Management experience within commercial property
* Experience working directly for a landlord
* Proven experience managing service charge budgets is essential
* IOSH qualified with strong Health and Safety and compliance knowledge
* Experience managing multi‑site commercial property portfolios
* Strong contractor management and stakeholder communication skills
* Experience using CAFM systems and compliance platforms
* IWFM membership preferred, with NEBOSH or further FM qualifications advantageous
