This is an great opportunity to cover the Head of Directorate Planning & Programmes role in Communications and Fundraising during an important transition period, for an interim period of 6 months.

Salary is between £67,236 - £74,724 dependant on skills and experience, however there may be some flexibility that can be discussed on application or at interview.
What you'll be doing
You’ll lead our directorate operations including planning, budgeting and risk, as well as facilitating Senior Leadership Team and Extended leadership team meetings and plans. Over the duration of this interim period you’ll play a key role in the development of the Inspire Strategic Portfolio Board, support the Sustainable Future programme and support the set up of new ways of working as we move into the New Year. You’ll manage one direct report who supports this work.

Who we're looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
1. Strong knowledge of running a planning process and feeding into organisation strategy
2. Knowledge of working with large scale programmes of change with an understanding of how to manage them effectively and monitor delivery to a successful outcome
3. High calibre thinker with the ability to make connections, quickly process vast amounts of data yet know how to simplify and prioritise what is most important
4. Ability to build highly collaborative and effective working relationships yet know when tough decisions need to be made and are prepared to make them
