Lead Data Engineer Location: Swindon (Hybrid working) Salary: Up to £75,000 Type: Full-time | Permanent A UK-based organisation is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to take ownership of its enterprise data platform and drive the next phase of its data maturity journey. This is a key leadership role responsible for building a secure, scalable and high-performing data environment that underpins reporting, analytics and strategic decision-making across the organisation. The Opportunity You will lead the design, implementation and optimisation of a modern data warehouse, integrating multiple business-critical systems and ensuring high standards of governance, quality and accessibility. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building robust data infrastructure while influencing business strategy.
