Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Get Into Teaching

Contract: Full-time or Part-times (3 days per week minimum)

We’re working with brilliant secondary schools in Central Leeds that are looking for confident, dependable Cover Supervisors to join their teams long-term. It’s a rewarding role where you’ll develop classroom skills, build strong relationships, and make a real difference to students’ day-to-day learning.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects, if you have a specialist subject, this will be prioritised
Creating a calm, purposeful learning environment
Managing behaviour in line with school policy
Supporting students to stay focused and engaged
✏️ Feeding back to teaching staff at the end of each day

✔️ Experience working with young people, in or outside of school
✔️ A confident, approachable style with strong classroom presence
✔️ Good communication and behaviour management skills
✔️ A flexible, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education
