Responsibilities
TeacherActive is currently recruiting for flexible post‑16 lecturers in Warwickshire. Successful candidates will be experienced in the desired subject and have the ability to teach either in the morning, afternoon, or evenings.
Prepare and deliver lessons for post‑16 learners, encouraging participation while meeting Ofsted, ETF, and other quality standards.
Qualifications
* Planning and preparing work.
* Experience working with post‑16 learners.
* Meet the quality standards set by Ofsted, ETF accrediting bodies and stakeholders.
* A teaching qualification at a minimum of Level 3 (e.g., CET, DET, PGCE, IQA, TAQA, or CAVA).
* Good understanding of KCSIE.
* SEND experience is desired but not essential.
* DBS check on the update service.
