£40,000 to £45,000 per annum - dependent on experience

Leading and motivating a team of plant mechanics across workshop and mobile operations
Managing job allocation, workloads and repair progress to maintain productivity and quality
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships
Coordinating service schedules, parts ordering and compliance with health and safety standards
Producing reports and maintaining accurate service documentationTo be considered as a Workshop Manager, you will need:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a workshop service manager or controller role within the plant or agricultural industry - car and HGV workshop experience will not be considered
Strong technical knowledge of plant or agricultural mechanical systems
Proven leadership ability with a customer-focused approach
