Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee performance and delivery across all client Google Ads accounts
* Manage and optimise a portfolio of Google Ads campaigns to improve lead quality and cost efficiency
* Lead, manage, and hold accountable internal media buyers and contractors
* Implement and refine operational systems, workflows, and reporting structures
* Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and retention
Essential Experience:
* Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads within an agency environment
* Proven experience overseeing performance or managing team members
* Ability to identify performance issues and implement effective solutions
* Experience working in fast-paced or scaling business environments
* Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
