Job Description
3. Develop and implement financial strategies, ensuring the financial stability of the organisation.
4. Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning.
5. Supervise all audit and internal control processes.
6. Prepare timely and detailed financial performance reports.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
8. Collaborate with senior management on fundraising and budget planning activities.
9. Provide guidance on cost reduction and revenue enhancement initiatives.
10. Promote a culture of financial awareness and accountability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Director should have:
11. ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
12. Proven experience in a senior financial role within the Non-Profit sector.
13. Proficient knowledge of SORP
14. Strong understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
15. Excellent organisational and leadership skills ( small Team)
16. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
17. Able to commute to the office inOxfordshireFull time role: 3-4 days per week required in the office
