Following a recent contract win, Lanes Group is recruiting Van Pack Team Leaders across North & Central Wales – a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team delivering industry‑leading drainage solutions while supporting one of our most exciting clients and contributing to AMP8 objectives.
About The Role
Salary: £13 - £14 per hour depending on experience
Working hours: 07:30 - 17:00 + on call duties
Location: Kimnel Bay

Responsibilities
As a Van Pack Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operational delivery, supporting the maintenance and repair of wastewater networks. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
Customer Interaction
* Attending customer locations and communicating planned works
* Answering questions and providing reassurance on site
Drainage Operations
* Inspecting drainage systems to identify blockages, leaks or structural issues
* Operating high‑pressure water jetting equipment to clear and clean drainage systems
* Adjusting pressure levels based on blockage type (e.g., grease, debris, roots)
* Assisting with CCTV surveys when required
* Reporting all findings/data accurately back to operational teams
Data & Safety
* Completing digital data entry using a laptop or tablet
* Reporting safety issues in line with company procedures
* Performing routine checks and maintenance of jetting equipment
Experience & Qualifications
Desirable but not essential unless stated
* Full UK driving licence (Required)
* WJA Red or Blue Book
* Banksman
* Manual Handling
* Emergency First Aid
* NRSWA
* EUSR National Water Hygiene
* Medium Risk Confined Space
