Are you Ready to Lead, Inspire, and Make a Real Difference? Buttons Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client in Gateshead. Join them on their expansion in the Area in setting up a brand new service as their Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care Services.

Imagine running a brand new branch where your leadership doesn’t just tick boxes — it transforms lives. We’re on the hunt for a passionate, can-do Registered Manager to lead the charge in delivering top-quality, person-centred domiciliary care right here in Gateshead.

What you’ll actually be doing (besides making a difference):

- Keeping the daily operations smooth, safe, and compassionate — all without breaking the budget (you superhuman, you!).
- Recruiting, training, and cheering on a team that’s as dedicated as you are — from care coordinators to care staff.
- Crafting care plans so personalised, they’ll feel tailor-made (because they are!).
- Tackling quality assurance and complaints like a pro — improving and evolving all the way.
- Being the infection control and safeguarding guru — because safety never sleeps.
- Making CQC compliance look easy (and we mean really easy).
- Building strong relationships with service users, families, and partners — because teamwork makes the dream work.
- Representing our Client at external meetings and helping them grow their community presence.

What you bring — other than your sparkling personality:

** Proven leadership skills with a knack for keeping CQC inspectors smiling.
** Experience designing and delivering staff training that actually sticks.
** A talent for growing services and making community connections like a networking ninja.

The essentials:

- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent, because qualifications matter!).Or be willing to work towards,
- Expert-level know-how of CQC standards, safeguarding, and domiciliary care legislation.
- Leadership, communication, and organisational skills that would impress even your toughest critics.
- Digital care systems wizardry and confidentiality know-how.
- Full UK driving licence plus Class 1 business insurance (you love driving? Great!).
