Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods via air, sea, and land to ensure timely deliveries.
2. Liaise with carriers, customs agents, and stakeholders to guarantee efficient shipment handling.
3. Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve transport or customs issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
