Traffic Planner Stoke on Trent ST1 Temp to perm vacancy Key role and responsibilities for Traffic Planner Daily route planning Booking deliveries Debriefing drivers on return Communicating with clients over the phone and email Actioning any defects Ensuring vehicles are running to capacity and reducing empty running Minimum requirements for Traffic Planner Knowledge of compliance within the transport industry Experience in planning multiple delivery schedules Ability to work under pressure Ability to build positive working relations with customers, suppliers and colleagues Can do attitude Working Hours: Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 21:00pm ( Until everything is finished this could be 19:30pm up to 21:30pm) Salary : £24,960.00 - £29,640.00 per year depending on experience This job is commutable from the following areas Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham and surrounding areas.
