Our client is looking for a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator to support our team with office administration duties. They are looking for somebody to join us on a full-time or part-time basis, for at least 30 hours per week on a maternity contract. * Maternity cover, starting ASAP * Full-time or part-time 30+ hours per week * Competitive salary and benefits package * £24,000 * Free parking Your job will be varied one and will involve; * Answering the phone * Keeping all areas of the office organised, tidy and well stocked. * Organising routine maintenance of office equipment. * Coordinating and monitoring regular services including office cleaning and deliveries * Preparing and sending parcels to our clients. * Planning company social events. * Occasionally helping to find and book travel and accommodation for team members.
