Working in a busy Hotel & Restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will manager the team whilst ensuring the highest standards are maintained. Your duties will be varied and will include food preparation, stock control, staff training, cleaning and menu input. The role is very hands on and will give the successful candidate exceptional experience within the restaurant business. The Hotel itself is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Chatsworth Estate.
