Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workforce Administrator to join a busy hospital team on a long-term temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working as part of a supportive team, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the workforce and management teams
* Accurately process and maintain payroll and staffing records
* Take clear and concise minutes during meetings, ensuring timely distribution
* Support workforce planning and scheduling activities
* Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Maintain confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies at all times
About You:
* Previous experience in a payroll or workforce administration role (essential)
* Strong minute-taking and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* A true team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
* Experience working within a hospital or NHS environment (desirable)
