Join our client as our
Marketing Assistant
and dive into the exciting world of B2B marketing across multiple channels. You'll be working alongside the Head of Marketing in a dynamic team of 60+ passionate professionals, supporting everything from high-impact events to account-based marketing campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
* Event Excellence
: Own the organisation and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and customer events - from pre-event research to post-event follow-up
* Campaign Support
: Assist with multichannel B2B marketing campaigns, including product launches, ABM initiatives, and content marketing
* Stakeholder Collaboration
: Work closely with sales, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
* Data & Systems
: Support CRM management in HubSpot, ensuring data quality and actionable insights for sales teams
* Brand Management
: Champion brand consistency across all channels and support stakeholders with brand guidelines and assets
* Agency Coordination
: Help set up and manage relationships with external marketing agencies and specialists
We're looking for someone who:
* Has some
B2B marketing experience
(internships, graduate roles, or agency experience welcome)
* Is a
natural communicator
who can work effectively with technical teams and influence stakeholders
* Thrives in a
start-up environment
* resilient, organised, and ready to wear multiple hats
* Is genuinely
hungry to learn
and wants exposure to different areas of marketing
* Can represent the company confidently at events and client-facing situations
* Understands the difference between B2B and B2C marketing (this is not a B2C role)
