Due to continued expansion & growth into European Markets durhamlane is seeking to grow their international team of Sales Development Advisors in Germany and are therefore recruiting addition German Speaking Advisors in particular but will also consider French Speaking, Spanish Speaking or Italian speaking advisors for other high profile European accounts.

Summary
As a Bilingual Sales Representative at Durhamlane, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer relationships. This position is based in our modern Newcastle-upon-Tyne office, where you will collaborate with a talented team to deliver exceptional service to our clients while leveraging your language skills to engage with diverse markets. German Speaking, French Speaking & Italian speaking preferred
Responsibilities
* Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
* Drive sales initiatives by effectively communicating the value of our services.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
* Manage your time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
* Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance overall performance.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is highly desirable.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed sales targets.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
