Senior AI Studio Lead
We are seeking a Senior AI Studio Lead to oversee multi-market AI-enabled creative production.
This hands-on studio leadership role sits at the intersection of operational excellence, creative production workflows, and AI tools, helping teams maximize the value of AI in content creation.
This is not a creative strategy role it’s about managing the end-to-end production process, triaging briefs, and enabling efficient, high quality outputs across multiple markets and brands.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage a small team of AI production specialists across motion, copy, design, and Adapt execution
* Assess incoming briefs for AI suitability and guide optimal production pathways (AI, hybrid, or traditional)
* Implement scalable workflows and improve clarity in multi-market content production
* Champion quality standards and encourage reuse of AI-generated outputs across channels
* Provide insights on adoption patterns and optimization opportunities
* Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth production delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience leading creative or studio teams
* Hands-on experience deploying AI in creative production (Pencil AI or similar AI focused content platforms required)
* Deep understanding of multi-channel asset production and Adapt workflows
* Strong operational and lead skills
* Confident in assessing complex briefs and guiding production approaches
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
