Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and support a team of nurses and care staff.
* Take responsibility for the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
* Safeguard and champion the wellbeing of residents at all times.
* Oversee, devise and implement personalised care plans.
* Balance your role between nursing duties and supernumerary responsibilities.

About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager with an active NMC pin. Previous leadership experience in a similar environment is essential, along with sound knowledge of PCS systems. You will be confident in your clinical expertise, able to mentor and support colleagues, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Above all, you will have a genuine commitment to delivering the highest standards of care.
