This is an entry-level role ideal for someone starting their career in IT. Key Responsibilities - Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools. - Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. - Assist with supporting cloud-based systems. - Monitor and maintain client systems and alerts. - Log and manage support tickets. The Person - Quick to learn and eager to develop new skills. - Methodical, organised, and calm under pressure. - Strong communicator. - Problem solver with good attention to detail.
