Lead HR Business Partner – Turner & Townsend

Location: United Kingdom, London


Role Overview

As part of our UK HR team, you will lead the HR service provision for Turner & Townsend across Infrastructure, Defence, Energy and Natural Resources.


Key Responsibilities

* Design and deliver the People strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
* Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing commercial advice and guidance on policy and process.
* Manage end‑to‑end TUPE processes and other project‑management tasks.
* Drive insights via data and reporting to inform business decision making.
* Shape, influence, manage and deliver a broad range of People projects, change initiatives and calendar activities under the UK people strategy.
* Lead a team of People Business Partners and Advisors (direct and matrix).
* Manage talent and succession planning with key operational stakeholders.
* Produce people‑related reports, in‑depth data analysis and visual presentations, and provide ad hoc management information to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications / Person Specification

* Human resources degree or equivalent.
* Experience of People Business Partnering with senior management in a generalist HR role.
* Experience working in a fast‑paced, matrixed organisation.
