DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER
£400 - £500 PER DAY OUTSIDE IR35
FULLY REMOTE (MUST BE BASED IN THE UK)

THE COMPANY:
A leading marketing and insights agency delivering data-driven projects for global clients is looking for a Digital Project Manager.
THE ROLE:
As a Digital Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Plan, coordinate, and manage insight meetings per month across multiple workstreams and business priorities.
* Support project planning, including defining resource requirements and tracking progress across active initiatives.
* Provide strategic direction on resource planning and ensure efficient allocation across teams.
* Manage client and agency communications, including negotiating deliverables and timelines directly with key stakeholders.
* Oversee onboarding processes for new agencies or client teams joining projects.
* Track project progress and resource utilisation using Jira and Harvest.
* Collaborate with marketing and digital transformation stakeholders, ensuring consistent alignment on objectives and delivery outcomes.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful Digital Project Manager, will have:
* Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or Resource Planner, within a marketing, insights, or analytics-focused environment (agency or client-side).
* Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities, with experience engaging non-technical stakeholders.
* Hands-on experience with Jira and Harvest for tracking, planning, and reporting.
* Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, UX/UI projects is a nice to have.
