We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years and a passion for working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development and learning through play-based activities. This position will be term time only, 38 weeks per year. Monday to Friday. Pay will be based on knowledge and experience.
Requirements;
* Relevant qualification in Early Years Level 3.
* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Duties;
* Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to support their individual learning journeys.
* Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming nursery environment that encourages exploration and learning.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure effective management of the nursery setting.
* Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
