Job Title: Housekeeper at HC-One
In your role as a Housekeeper at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist Care homes. Every single person who works here understands that our Residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell. By joining HC-One, you'll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.
As a Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the home, ensuring it is safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Your keen eye for detail will be evident in the environment you help create. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you'll do so with kindness and professionalism.
We are looking for a Housekeeper with experience, although we will provide comprehensive training. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. Your positive energy and ability to get along with people are key. You should be a great communicator, attentive and considerate in all interactions with residents and colleagues.

All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to undertake additional training as needed. You should also be proactive in seeking advice and reporting concerns, including escalation if necessary.
We offer full training and a variety of benefits to support your well-being and career development, including:
