Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalised support to students, both one-on-one and in groups.
2. Work closely with teachers and other educational professionals to boost student learning.
3. Help track student progress and share updates.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of EHCPs.
Requirements:
6. Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role.
7. Good understanding of different learning disabilities and support strategies.
8. Excellentmunication and people skills.
9. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for helping students succeed.
10. Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or special needs support.
