Are you a skilled, ambitious Teacher of Maths? Are you ready for your next challenge to lead a talented and supportive art team and inspire pupils across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5? This is an exciting opportunity for a Maths Teacher to make a difference to an evolving school. We are open to applications from Qualified Maths Teachers or experienced Further Education Teachers.
Job Duties:
* Plan and deliver engaging and informative Maths lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Ability to teach A level may be introduced to timetable over time
* Create and implement lesson plans in line with the AQA examination specification
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback on assessments
* Marking and assessment responsibilities included
* Support and guide students to achieve their academic goals in GCSE Maths
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or FE equivalent qualification
* Degree in Mathematics or related field
* Proven experience teaching Maths to at least Key Stage 3 with prior experience teaching at a Secondary School (minimum of 1 year)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate students in this core subject
