Leading a high-performing team of Technical Sales Engineers
Developing sales strategy to engage top-tier shipowners and managers
Owning the commercial proposal lifecycle and key client relationships
Supporting a 12-month deal cycle with complex marine clients
5-10 years' sales experience in maritime or marine technology
~ Strong management/leadership skills
~ A maritime technical background/education (marine/naval/electrical)
~ Commercially astute with a proven track record in high-value B2B sales
