We're looking for an Account Executive who wants to be a financial consultant, not just a seller. Someone who enjoys understanding the real problems of CFOs and Financial Controllers, and who wants to build something big from the ground up.

This role is perfect if:

đź”§ Your Day-to-Day

* Own the full sales cycle: From qualified demo to closed deal
* Strategic pipeline building: Work inbound, outbound, and partner channels—no siloed approach
* Consultative discovery: Understand AP/AR processes deeply before presenting solutions
* Demo excellence: Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase real value
* Multi-stakeholder orchestration: Navigate complex deals involving Finance, IT, and Procurement
* Event representation: Attend networking events, conferences, and webinars to build brand awareness
* Market intelligence: Gather insights from the UK market to inform product and strategy
* Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, pre-sales, and customer success teams


đź§  What We're Looking For

Essential:

* Proven track record of closing B2B SaaS deals (2+ years in a closing role)
* Experience selling to finance teams (CFOs, Controllers, AP/AR managers)
* Consultative and solution-selling methodology (SPICED, MEDDIC, or similar)
* Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives professionally
* Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive—you take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
* Comfortable with a startup pace: proactive, resilient, and adaptable

Highly Valued:

* Experience in fintech, AP automation, ERP integrations, or financial software
* Track record of selling into mid-market/enterprise accounts (ÂŁ200M+ revenue companies)
* Experience building pipeline in a new or developing market
* Background in Fintech or System integrators
* Network within the UK finance/fintech community
